Tri Shredder 6060 comes with three cutting units and a throughput of up to 2500 kg / h in security level P-3. In combination with an HSM baler , the HSM Tri Shredder 6060 becomes a complete disposal system. Maximum speed is achieved through optimal coordination of the cutting units, gentle motor start-up and overload protection through frequency converters. Stable filling chute with integrated overfill protection to control the shredder and the conveyor belt.
The 6060 has three Shredding system. 1st stage pre-shredding as a four-shaft system, consisting of two intake shafts and two cutting shafts. 2nd & 3rd stage post-shredding as a two-shaft system. Optionally with mechanical extension mechanism for 2nd and 3rd shredder stage in order to set the desired degree of shredding. Optionally with metal separator. Automatic stop and reversal in the event of a material jam. Overfill light barriers for level monitoring between the stages or system control. Optionally with mechanical extension mechanism for 2nd and 3rd shredder stage in order to set the desired degree of shredding.
