German distribution LLC was formated as a distributor and consultant for various German products in the Middle East Region.
Adjustment & trimming of the business model to being a full range distributor for the waste management industry.
Decision made to introduce containers and other waste equipments as per German DIN standards in the UAE market, by showcasing them in operations of newly set up Arabian Masters of Waste, a waste collector for commercial business.

Stephan is an environmental Lawyer who came to the UAE in 2006, successfully running several businesses before focusing entirely on POWER Bear. He manages the company with full passion and attention to detail, handling the transformation from a distributor to a regional OEM solution provider for waste equipment. His German roots give him the opportunity to handle supply chains in Western style.
Alfata has been with German Distribution since its initial years. Masters in Sales and Marketing and graduated in Physics, his passion is to win market share as most reliable and technically competent player in the waste, recycling and services sector. As a young company started in 2006 German Distribution raised the bars in the middle east market with the introduction of high-quality German products and equipment that till date is well known as pioneer and a market leader.
